Return Policy

Sale items are considered final sale. No exceptions.

F8TH INDUSTRY accepts returns on full priced items only, you must submit a request for a return within 30 days of receiving your order, following the instructions noted below

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, must be free from any odors, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If Item(s) fail to fit these requirements, It will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Return guideline- U.S orders only
Items eligible for return, please submit a request at our email at f8thindustry@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item. We partner with a third-party service called Returnly to approve and process all online returns, once approved follow the instructions you will be prompted to print a FedEx return shipping label. 

Please pack all item(s) including your original packing slip, noting the item(s) you are returning. We recommend you obtain a receipt of your drop off and/or note the tracking number. You will receive an notification via email once we've received your item back at our Dallas Distribution Center, please note that if you've used the prepaid shipping label generated from Returnly, we will deduct a fee of $7.00 from your refund.

If you prefer to ship back your item to us using a different shipping method, please make sure the package is trackable with insurance to the address below:

Return guideline- International orders only

International returns must be shipped back to F8TH INDUSTRY at customer expense. Please pack all item(s) you are returning and include your packing slip, noting the item you are returning once item is received you will receive an notification via email.

Exchanges- Both U.S/ International orders

If you would like to exchange an item received, please follow the guidelines below we use a third-party service called Returnly to process all returns and exchanges, as you follow the instructions within Returnly you will be offered to exchange the item you are returning for a replacement item. If for any reason the item you like is no longer available please follow our steps to return your item(s) for a refund, and place a new order. 

Refunds 
You will receive an email notification once we have processed your refund, after we've issued your refund please allow 7-14 business days for this to appear on your bank statement. All refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable no exceptions.
