Shipping Policy- Delivery Information
Due to Covid-19 Safety precautions, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped we apologize for the inconvenience. Also note that processing and shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided with your tracking information. Every customer is responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once the package has left our warehouse.
Please note once an order is place it cannot be cancelled or altered due to the fact we cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected once shipped.
Shipping costs and options - U.S.
All Orders are sent via USPS and FedEx  Priority please allow 3-7 business days to arrive once your order leaves our distribution center. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be based on your shipping address and estimated weight of your package. Please note FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes.
International Shipping costs and options
International shipping rates vary. At checkout we calculate FedEx and DHL shipping costs based on your address and estimated weight of your package.
Abandoned Packages/ returned to sender/ Failed Delivery
If the receiver is not present upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local FedEx/ USPS center for pick up depending on your shipping method. If for any reason the receiver fails to pick up the package it will be returned to the sender (F8TH INDUSTRY) at the customer's expense.
If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping address or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (F8TH INDUSTRY) at the customer's expense.
For International customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to the sender (F8TH INDUSTRY) at your expense, the expense include shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.
Please note customers who have abandoned a package will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund for their order.
Damaged Packages
If you receive your package, and it is damaged please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at f8thindustry@gmail.com
